Every month, enjoy group coaching calls via zoom. At the beginning of the month, we meet to set our monthly slow living intention. At the end of the month, we meet to reflect on our month. Also included is a slow living journal pad. 50 pages with our slow living designed journal prompt on each page. It even helps you track your water intake and express your mood, unapologetically.

FAQ

What Types of Yoga Classes come with a Yoga Add-On?

We offer a variety of classes (both livestream and in-person, so you can join anywhere you are!). They include, yin yoga, gentle vinyasa yoga, intermediate and advanced vinyasa, yoga sculpt, pilates, and low impact HIIT.

 

 

 

How long are the coaching calls?

Calls are 45 minutes to an hour. We try to be cognizant of your time, but also make sure each person has a turn to share their slow living intention for that particular month.

For so long, I lived over-scheduled with hardly any time to rest. This was not sustainable and led to burnout. I slowly began to delve into the world of self-compassion: being kinder to ourselves as we would to a new friend, and gentle restorative movement (yin yoga). 

I decided to make a lifestyle change to slow living. Creating intentional blocks of time to rest or just enjoy the simple joys of life more!

I recently published a slow living journal! And before that had published a self-compassion journal. I've been featured on Bustle, Girls Inc, and spoke at an International Conference at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia on the importance of self-care.
